At sBlogIt!, we're always looking to improve our service to our blog subscribers. We have recently introduced an innovative new chatbot feature for all blogs, which includes a couple of special features not seen on any other commercially available chatbot ...

Chatbottery moves, Artificial chatter flows, Answers given

Chatbottery moves, Artificial chatter flows, Answers given

As you can see in the bottom left-hand corner of this blog post, and on every other post and page on this blog, our chatbot is installed and working. She's called Aimee and she's rather helpful to visitors, answering questions about us and our services.

Just enter a question about us, and Aimee will give
you a really useful answer!

Not only that, but if she found the answer in one of our blog posts, she will also add a "READ MORE" section at the bottom with a direct link to the blog post, allowing visitors to find out more. No other commercially available chatbot does this.

We also have the ability to enter extra information such as opening hours, bios about directors, and other useful quick answers, as well as full-on FAQs that can be used as an extensive Question and Answer library about your blog subscribers, their products and services.

One of the most powerful features of our chatbot is its ability to integrate with our blog subscribers' websites. It automatically retrieves text from every page on their site and then answers questions about it as well as their blog. In fact, if the chatbot found the answer on a webpage rather than a blog post, it will give the visitor a direct link to that instead, it doesn't prioritise either one over the other, and acts as a bridge between the two.

Our chatbot can be installed on their website too!

We've made it so the exact same chatbot that appears on a subscriber's blog can also be integrated into their website. They just need to get their web designer to install a single line of JavaScript in their website's footer (so it appears on every page) and away they go. Our chatbot is clever enough to know where it's running, so everything opens in the correct browser tab when READ MORE links are clicked.

Our chatbots are baked into the very core of our platform, so every one of our blog subscribers has one. Of course, if they want to opt out, we can remove it easily, but judging by the conversations visitors are already having with it, I can't see anyone opting for that.

sBlogIt! is already at the leading edge of AI technology with its blog creation process. Now we're pushing those boundaries further with the introduction of our innovative new chatbot.

Feel free to click Aimee's image in the bottom left of your browser, and ask her anything.

Until next time ...
